Experiences that tell the story...
Our response teams are particularly proud of the support that they provide our customers during crisis situations. We understand the distress such incidents can cause and we do everything we can to reassure and help them. Some of them authorized us to share their experiences.
"What a relief to be so well taken care of! Never were we treated like a number. The assistance and hospital staff were all wonderfully kind. (...) Because of Marcel's condition, the insurance company agreed that he should be operated on in Texas the very next day. The nurse in charge of his file in Québec was totally available to answer our questions and always there to reassure us. We were very relieved by the speed with which decisions were made. (...) A short convalescence in the sun and we were returned to Québec by a driver sent by the assistance company. He was a very nice travelling companion: a good driver, attentive to the needs of his sick passenger. We felt confident and that was very important for both of us. "
